Anna has worked with the Learning and Development industry for over 20 years, as a leadership facilitator, coach, learning experience designer and strategic leader. Anna has worked within global retail, airline and financial enterprises and many small to medium NZ businesses.

Anna loves developing people, who can then lead themselves, their team and their company to excel. Anna specialises in developing leaders, and organisational development teams. She is fascinated by how the brain works and how we can use it more effectively. She holds a BSc (Hons) in Neurobiology, is a qualified Practitioner in Neuro-Linguistic Programming (NLP), and is a certified coach.
