A true professional in everything he tackles, Frano firmly believes that the principles he learned as a top-level rugby player can be successfully applied in the business arena.

With 18 years experience playing internationally for the New Zealand Sevens, New Zealand Maoris, All Blacks and Kiwis, he has always relished the challenge of producing his best possible effort on every occasion. As a former captain he also has exceptional leadership skills, making him an excellent group facilitator.

Frano’s long career at the elite level of sport has complemented his ongoing business career, giving him the ability to operate effectively with a wide range of groups and organisations.

He has worked with Ross Roof Group, Carter Holt Harvey, Simcro, Cavity Sliders,  Fonterra, the Department of Conservation and NZ Defence Force, among others.

He has a passion for leadership development and relishes the opportunity to deliver programmes that create positive change.  Along with this he also has a passion with working with learners in the Workplace Literacy space empowering the people he influences to make positive differences in both their personal and professional lives.
