As a seasoned learning professional, Peter launched The Learning Wave in 2005 to take his ideas to a larger stage.

Working closely with our associates, he now provides senior-level input and leadership on a wide range of projects. He enjoys the process of meeting clients and helping them develop learning initiatives that tackle the issues they’re facing.

Since 1996 he has focused on developing learning solutions for a diverse and challenging client base, including State Insurance, Toyota, Competenz and Downer, to name just a few. An accomplished big-picture thinker, he has an excellent track record of shaping learning strategies for all kinds of organisations.
