Richard joined the team in 2007 and brings with him over 10 years’ experience managing the implementation of learning within organisations.

He brings a level of efficiency, eye for detail, and superb project management skills which are essential qualities our clients rely on.

Richard has managed a number of large-scale learning programmes in New Zealand and Australia, including three initiatives involving over 1000 learners. He also managed a nationwide rollout for 1300+ learners in an Australian organisation – the first time it had been done in that organisation.

As a General Manager, Richard brings his vast ‘on the ground’ experience to ensure that our team are delivering clients high quality solutions and that these are delivered with innovation and impact.

Richard will ensure that our team are challenged and empower to think beyond the current market trends so we aren’t just providing ‘best practice’, but we are challenging what the new ‘best practice’ should be within each part of the business.
