Before joining us in the role of Sales and Marketing Manager, Ruth Clavis was a Director and Shareholder in executive search specialist K2 Consulting. It’s a career that brought her into contact with senior clients at some very big businesses. You could say she has a real insight into what makes a high-performing organisation tick.
Now Ruth has brought her commercial acumen and problem-solving approach to The Learning Wave, where she is responsible for developing strong client relationships. She understands strategic partnerships and will work hard to build them. Her experience in national sales, financial, business support and consultancy roles provides the perfect balance of practicality and strategic vision.
