Who is it for?
Leaders of leaders – Leaders of multiple teams who translate strategy into operational activity by aligning the capabilities of others, directing their activities and providing clarity through a higher perspective.

Purpose
Provide participants with the opportunity to enhance their leadership skills so that they can translate strategy into operational activity, shift the organisational mindset, collaborate and influence across the business, lead change at the organisational level and drive commitment and ownership to results.

Qualification
This programme can be offered in-conjunction with an NZQA NZ Certificate in Business Level 4 qualification.

Learning outcomes
Learners will:

Provide participants with the fundamental skills to lead a team, enhancing their ability to execute strategy by influencing and inspiring others to perform, leading change and delivering results.

Qualification
