New Zealand Certificate in Business (Introduction to Team Leadership) (Level 3)

Leaders will work towards the National Certificate in Business

(Introduction to Team Leadership) Level 3 (45 Credits) qualification and will complete practical assessments towards these Unit Standards:

  • US 29041 – Apply principles for effective performance within a team
  • US 29043 – Describe and compare different styles of team
  • leadership for a business entity
  • US 29042 – Develop objectives for a team

New Zealand Certificate in Business First Line Management (Level 4)

Leaders work towards the National Certificate in Business (First Line Management) Level 4 qualification (60 credits) and will complete practical work towards the following Unit Standards:

  • U/S 29039 – Manage a team to contribute to a business entity’s objectives (35 credits)
  • U/S 29040 – Manage work flows (25 credits)

New Zealand Certificate in Project Management (Level 4)

Learners develop skills in the three stages of project management:

  • Project initiation
  • Project planning and implementation
  • Project closure and evaluation

Giving them the tools and skills to perform better in the way they lead and manage projects, and enable them to complete the following unit standards:

  • U/s 30358 – Support the initiation of a programme (12 credits)
  • U/s 30359 – Support the planning of a project (12 credits)
  • U/s 30360 – Support the execution, and monitoring and control of a project (15 credits)
  • U/s 30361 – Support the closing of a project (8 credits)
  • U/s 30362 – Lead aspects of a project(s) under broad guidance (10 credits)

Micro credential 32317 ‘Demonstrate and apply knowledge of digital processes, tasks, security, and data in a manufacturing environment’ (Level 3)

Learners completing the Digital Skills for Manufacturing programme complete this practical 5 credit micro credential which enables them to demonstrate and apply knowledge of digital processes and tasks; describe digital security; and demonstrate and apply knowledge of production or safety data, in a manufacturing environment.

We offer this Micro credential as an approved sub-contractor to Te Pukenga Competenz.
