In Andrew’s case, the quest has led him to working with organisations as diverse as Fletcher Building, Mitre 10, European Motor Group and the Department of Internal Affairs. He has supported these organisations by facilitating leadership programmes, coaching communication skills and developing course material for workshops and seminars.
One of his core beliefs is that facilitating a personal transformation calls for more than facts, figures and to-do lists. It hinges on the ability to help each individual see the impact of their own thinking and how it is creating their experience of life. This is a function of deep listening, coupled with an understanding of positive psychology.
