An experienced coach, facilitator and thinking partner, Kirsty has an impressive background creating and implementing best-practice leadership, change and organisational development strategies and programmes aligned to business outcomes. Delivering transformational learning experiences since 1997.

Her background includes extensive experience in a variety of learning and organisational development roles across multiple business sectors, including banking and financial services, health, not-for-profit, education, professional services and retail. She has a proven ability to work with large, complex and dynamic organisations.

Kirsty is accredited in MBTI, Hogan Assessments, LSI GSI, Winsborough 360, TMI and Lominger.  Along with this she also is a NLP Master Practitioner and holds a BA in psychology.

She has worked with some of New Zealand’s learning brands, including ASB, St Johns, DB Breweries, Health Alliance, Lumino, Mediaworks, Kiwirail and Downer.
