Target audience: Designed for the New Zealand manufacturing sector, particularly frontline manufacturing workers and early-stage team leaders with limited digital experience or formal qualifications.
Duration: 24 hours, 6 x 4-hour sessions with 1 x 2-hour graduation over 12 weeks.
Overview: Equips your team with the essential digital skills to navigate workplace technology, solve problems, collaborate, and protect themselves online. With a strong focus on building core digital capabilities alongside literacy and numeracy development, this learning journey reduces resistance to change, supports cultural diversity, and improves overall productivity and wellbeing.
