Everyday Safety
Overview: Enrich your company’s safety culture. Designed to help employees connect with the company’s safety vision, they will take responsibility for their own and others’ safety, contribute to a high-performance safety culture, communicate effectively about safety, think critically, manage risks, understand safety signs and language, and prioritise health and wellbeing. The learning journey also integrates literacy and numeracy activities.
Target Audience: Frontline employees.
Duration: 48 hours, 12 x half-day sessions weekly or 6 x full-day sessions fortnightly, over 16 weeks.
Safety After Dark
Overview: Equips leaders to manage unique risks of night shifts, addressing fatigue, isolation, and safety through wellbeing and risk control strategies.
Target Audience: For all frontline leaders, supervisors and team members responsible for leading safety on night shift.
Duration: 16 hours, 2 x full-day sessions.
LeadSafe Supervisors
Overview: Empowers frontline leaders and supervisors in construction and infrastructure to embrace and integrate safety culture into daily activities on-site to achieve outstanding work outcomes and ensure everyone’s safety.
