His life experiences range from having worked in acute mental health to managing various functional portfolios in HR & OD at George Weston Foods (ANZ) Ltd., where he was known and recognised for significantly enhancing leadership capability, culture and engagement over a period of six years.

Abhi is also well-rounded with strong business acumen having been an entrepreneur running a successful trading business overseas. He is a natural facilitator who believes in doing his best by everyone he works with in order to bring out their best.
