Overview: To provide a foundational literacy learning journey that enhances reading, speaking, listening, writing, and numeracy skills and strategies, supporting individuals to function effectively in their roles.
Target audience: Workers with English as a second language and/or who may have developing literacy skills.
Duration: 40 hours, 10 x half-day sessions or 2×2-hour sessions weekly over 10 weeks.
Overview: Empower frontline employees by enhancing workplace and personal development. Staff will gain tools to excel in their roles and boost their literacy and numeracy skills with confidence. It provides the opportunity to upskill and build capabilities to own their future.
Target audience: Frontline staff who need both professional and personal development.
Duration: 56 hours, 14 x half-day weekly or 7 full-day fortnightly over 14 weeks.
Overview: Equip supervisors and team leaders with effective leadership skills for today’s dynamic work environment, while improving literacy and numeracy. This learning journey is designed to transform leaders, setting a gold standard for behaviour, performance and wellbeing within their teams.
Target audience: Team leaders and supervisors, including those preparing to transition into leadership roles.
Duration: 56 hours, 14 x half-day weekly or 7 full-day fortnightly over 14 weeks.
Overview: Enrich your company’s safety culture. Designed to help employees connect with the company’s safety vision, they will take responsibility for their own and others’ safety, contribute to a high-performance safety culture, communicate effectively about safety, think critically, manage risks, understand safety signs and language, and prioritise health and wellbeing. The learning journey also integrates literacy and numeracy activities.
Target audience: Frontline staff.
Duration: 48 hours, 12 x half-day sessions weekly or 6 x full-day sessions fortnightly, over 16 weeks.
Overview: Designed to equip your team with the essential digital skills to thrive in today’s connected world. Learners gain confidence in navigating workplace technology, solving problems using digital tools, collaborating effectively and protecting themselves online. With a strong focus on building core digital capabilities alongside literacy and numeracy development, this learning journey reduces resistance to change, supports cultural diversity, and improves overall productivity and wellbeing. Learners walk away more adaptable, digitally fluent and ready to contribute meaningfully in a rapidly evolving workplace.
Target audience: Frontline team members who currently use or are preparing to use technology in the workplace and need support with foundational digital, literacy or numeracy skills.
Duration: 44 hours, 11 x half-day sessions or 5.5 x full-day sessions over 11 weeks.
Overview: Elevate your Digital Discovery learning journey with PowerUp, specifically designed for manufacturing businesses. Three additional modules will delve into core concepts of Industry 4.0, providing learners with insights and strategies to stay ahead in the digital age.
