Richard joined the team way back in 2007 and spent his first decade managing the implementation of learning as we grew as a business. He brought a level of efficiency, a sharp eye for detail, and superb project management skills – essential qualities our clients came to rely on.

Over his time with us, Richard worked his way up through the organisation into the CEO role, as well as a governance role as one of our directors. As CEO, he leverages his vast “on the ground” experience to ensure our team delivers high-quality, innovative solutions that keep our clients ahead of the curve.
