Sarah Morton

A passionate educator, Sarah Morton has worked as a teacher and trainer for 30 years, for the last 10 years in workplace training. Originally starting workplace facilitating at Manukau Institute of Technology, Sarah progressed to become an Associate at The Learning Wave in 2017. Since then, Sarah has worked on a range of leadership and business communication programmes for organisations such as Downer, Fisher & Paykel Healthcare, Sistema, ETEL, and George Weston Goods. She has also worked on the design of programmes such as “Road to Success” for Downer.

Sarah is a confident presenter and experienced facilitator who knows how to develop constructive team dynamics in order to achieve both the learners’ and the business’s goals. She has worked with people from all backgrounds and is accomplished at delivering courses that embed literacy and numeracy in learning programmes. In 2019 she was acknowledged with a “Highly Commended Champion Trainer” Award by Skills Highway.
