With a Master’s degree in Educational Leadership as well as years of experience under his belt as a Learning and Development specialist, André has a wealth of experience in delivering high-level leadership training across many different sectors. Whether it’s large audiences or smaller workplace groups, André’s ability to connect and build rapport quickly is one of his natural abilities and demonstrates his strong leadership attributes.

André’s time working with Buckley Systems as a Health & Safety Training Manager saw him design and implement a Learning Framework for all operational staff across compliance, literacy & numeracy, technical skill development, leadership and management. He applied a similar approach and methods in his more recent roles at Ventia Australia and Remarkable Property & Construction Services where he led the Training and Development function for the business including all compliance training, apprenticeship training and leadership courses.

Whether it’s working alongside community groups or in workplaces, André is a leader who enjoys working with people. He is an experienced learning and development professional who is passionate about building capability within the workforce all while bringing his expanse of knowledge and cultural awareness to those he is working with.
