Kelly joined The Learning Wave in January 2023 in a Business Performance Partner position within the Infrastructure team.

Kelly has national responsibility for defining learning and development solutions for clients in the Infrastructure sector and developing relationships with key stakeholders across learning & development, human resources, health & safety and operational roles.

Accountable for successful project outcomes with her clients, Kelly enjoys working with our dynamic project team to ensure a client centric approach to achieving objectives.

A proven account manager with over 15 years relationship management experience in New Zealand and Sydney markets, Kelly draws on her leadership and key account management experience in human resources, psychometrics and recruitment environments within the professional sector to understand the wide range of challenges her clients face in ever shifting business markets.

Passionate about delivering excellent service, Kelly takes a collaborative approach to understanding her client’s needs to provide solutions that exceed expectations and ensure a sustainable relationship that adds value.
